{"id":14,"date":"2021-05-05T20:43:16","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T20:43:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healtheconometrics.org\/?page_id=14"},"modified":"2026-05-22T17:41:45","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T17:41:45","slug":"submissions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/healtheconometrics.org\/?page_id=14","title":{"rendered":"Submissions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This invitational workshop aims to provide a forum to discuss the use of econometric and other quantitative methods to address issues in health economics and policy, health services research, and outcomes research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We invite papers that develop new methods, assess existing methods, or highlight the use of non-proprietary software that address topical issues in health economics, health services, and policy. Papers will be chosen for their originality, innovativeness, and rigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An hour will be devoted to each paper selected for discussion (approximately 9-10). A discussant will present each paper, followed by the author&#8217;s rebuttal and a moderated Q&amp;A session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested researchers should submit a full working paper by <strong>June 8, 2026<\/strong>, in PDF format. Online submissions can be made at <a href=\"mailto:ahew.submissions@gmail.com\">ahew.submissions@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitted papers should be unpublished and not accepted for publication at a peer-reviewed journal. Those invited to participate in the workshop will be notified by June 1, 2026.
